- Oversee manufacturing process performance and work towards production, quality and yield objectives within a semiconductor environment.
- Partner with global technology teams and internal stakeholders on process qualification, process transfer and evaluation of new materials, suppliers and consumables.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen process capability, improve yield and address recurring process or quality issues.
- Analyse process data to identify trends, losses and improvement opportunities, coordinating technical investigations and corrective actions.
- Develop sustainable process solutions and improvement practices using structured problem-solving and statistical methodologies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing industry. - Strong understanding of process control, quality systems, statistical analysis, SPC and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Experience applying structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D, Fishbone analysis, DOE and FMEA.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP; knowledge of Visual Basic, databases or query tools.
