We are looking for the key talents to join our team, a passionate and high-performing member that drives our service and platform to a better level. As Assistant System Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• 
  Providing technical support and handling daily phone-in and email enquiry

• Providing professional Cloud infrastructure server operations, including routine maintenance, trouble-shooting, incident handling and system monitoring

• Handling ad hoc tasks assign by supervisors

• Professional Cloud Infrastructure Training and promotion opportunities will be provided, with coaching provided by supervisors

You are required to have:

• Quick learner, team player - we love team work

• 1-2 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome

• Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline

• Basic Knowledge in system backup and user support

• Knowledge of Web server, Email server, FTP server or DNS is preferable

• Experience with Windows and Unix platform is an advantage

• Fluent in spoken & written Cantonese, English & Mandarin

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as System Engineer

• Immediate available is highly preferred
