Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Worker – Immediate Hiring

Location: Batu Kawan, Penang
Job Type: Full-time
Vacancies: 50
Salary: Gross up to RM2,800++ per month
Shift: Day & Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse operations and logistics activities.
• Receive, check, sort and prepare goods and stock.
• Pick, pack and organize items accurately.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of goods.
• Maintain proper inventory and stock handling procedures.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe and organized.
• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and operational requirements.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Working Hours & Shift Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Shift patterns may include:

• 4 days work / 2 days off
• 5 days work / 2 days off
• 4 days work / 3 days off
• Other rotating shift schedules

Auto OT of up to 2 hours may apply depending on the assigned shift schedule.

Additional benefits and allowances may include:

• Attendance Allowance: RM300/month
• Transport Allowance: RM5/day
• Night Shift Allowance: RM10/day
• Auto OT according to applicable shift schedule

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree
• Candidates with or without warehouse experience are welcome.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, picking, packing, stock handling or distribution is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work day/night shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
