岗位职责
Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,600
Working Days: 6 days per week
Location: Central
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and orders, providing professional customer service
Provide certified copies of invoices and delivery orders upon customers’ request
Follow up with sales personnel and customers on account opening and credit application forms
Assist in preparing and submitting customer management-related applications, such as gift/flower basket orders and vehicle access pass applications
Provide relevant supporting documents required by customers
Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
️ Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
️ Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player
