We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Assistant Manager to support and oversee daily operations of our floral department. This role requires strong leadership, operational skills, and a passion for floral design and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day floral operations

Oversee office administration, inventory management, and order processing

Coordinate client meetings and hotel/event appointments

Supervise floral setups for banquets, weddings, and events

Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and growers

Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve client issues

Handle invoicing, payments, and basic budget management

Manage decorative materials and floral supplies for projects

Requirements:
Proven experience in floral design and team management

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Experience in vendor and supplier management

Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

Multilingual skills are an advantage
