Manage and supervise the daily operations of the frozen food shop to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

Supervise staff, prepare work schedules, assign duties, and monitor employee performance.

Monitor frozen food inventory, stock levels, expiry dates, and product rotation to minimize wastage.

Coordinate with suppliers for ordering, receiving, checking, and storing frozen food products.

Ensure all frozen products are stored at the required temperature and that freezers are operating properly.

Monitor sales, pricing, promotions, and product displays to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Maintain proper cash handling, daily sales records, stock records, and reconciliation.

Ensure the shop meets required standards for cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.

Prepare daily and monthly operational reports and recommend improvements to management for better efficiency and profitability.
