Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports covering brand, sales, inventory, e-commerce, business performance and write-offs.
• Conduct sales gap analysis, marketing spend tracking, promotional ROI and competitor price analysis.
• Develop and maintain Excel templates, data models and dashboards to improve reporting efficiency.
• Manage retailer portal submissions, sales data extraction and new product registration.
• Track product ageing, expiry exposure, forecasts and shipment documentation.
• Prepare incentive rebates, trade claims, product damage claims and brand expense reports.
• Maintain product information, certifications, trade materials and related documentation.
• Monitor distribution, in-store execution and POSM deployment.
• Identify performance gaps and proactively highlight key risks and exceptions to the Brand Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Statistics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, commercial or data analysis; FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Lookups and data modelling.
• Good analytical skills in variance analysis, forecasting, trends and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or dashboard reporting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with retail sales data and retailer portals is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and able to meet recurring deadlines.
• Proactive, process-oriented and comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.
