Job Responsibilities
Handle daily HR and administrative matters, including recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll and HR documentation.
Coordinate work pass applications, renewals and related employee matters.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and as part of a team
