岗位职责

Lead the manufacturing team to complete production plans according to schedule while maintaining workmanship standards.

  • Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on production requirements.
  • Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues proactively.
  • Report shift production status and key updates to the Senior Manager.
  • Manage team discipline, shift planning and daily production activities.
  • Support recruitment, performance appraisals and employee skills development.
