KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.

• Accurately process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices.

• Proactively follow up on customer order enquiries, delivery schedules, and daily outstanding or back orders.

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistic support to ensure timely deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum qualification of SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar sales administration or customer service role.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a strong added advantage.

• Position available at HQ in Kuala Lumpur (next to Lotus Supermarket, Selayang).

• Accessible via MRT Bus (via Sri Delima Station).
