Admin Assistant / Admin Clerk

We are a trading company looking for a responsible, reliable and organised Admin Assistant / Admin Clerk to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer orders using Microsoft Excel.
• Handle incoming phone calls and customer enquiries.
• Reply to customer messages and follow up on enquiries when necessary.
• Prepare invoices, quotations and other documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Handle daily administrative and clerical work.
• Assist with filing, documentation and general office duties.
• Coordinate with customers and internal staff regarding orders and administrative matters.
• Perform other duties related to general office administration as required.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL Accounting software/system.
• Computer literate and able to perform basic data entry.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous administrative experience is an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the position involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Salary

RM1,700 – RM2,800 per month

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, skills and ability.

Working Hours

Tuesday to Sunday
6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
