What You'll Be Doing

• Be the friendly face of the centre, creating great first impressions for members, guests, and visitors.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across the front desk, email, and phone.
• Support member journeys, daily operations, and help create a vibrant workspace environment.
• Get involved in exciting community events, networking sessions, and engagement activities.
• Gain hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, operations, and workplace experience.
• Work with an energetic team while building valuable skills and expanding your professional network.

What We're Looking For

• Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys meeting and interacting with people.
• Positive, proactive, and brings a strong "can-do" attitude.
• Comfortable communicating in English and using Microsoft Office tools.
• Students, fresh graduates, and Work Holiday Pass holders are welcome to apply.
• Candidates from hotels, airlines, retail, tourism, events, and F&B backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
