About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent HVAC Specification Sales Engineer to assist and support clients especially M&E consultants in the heat load/Greenmark calculation, HVAC design and equipment selection during design stage. Network with Main Contractors for projects follow up & sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide budgetary Aircon quotation for projects.
• Contact M&E consultants for constant follow up from quotation to sales conversion.
• To develop key M&E consultants to priority club.
• To study strength & weakness and proposed LG USP to get specify and spec in for projects.
• To cover main contractor to ensure submission of LG brand to most projects.
• To assist sales team to chart Green Mark tabulation for projects.
• Conduct NPI for new & existing M&E consultants to ensure they are constantly using LG as their priority brands for project specification.
• Prepare and submit weekly pipeline and project status reports.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, seminars, trainings to M&E consultants & dealers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, building services, or specification sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC system design, air-conditioning products, and Green Mark requirements will be an advantage.
• Experience working with M&E Consultants, Main Contractors, or dealers is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
