We are partnering with a Malaysian Corporation that specializes in manufacturing and production industry. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Blow Molding Engineer as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and deliveries.
• Plan and coordinate warehouse activities, manpower, and workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control and system updates.
• Lead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure productivity, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Handle operational issues, non-conformance cases, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth operational and delivery processes.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Support ad-hoc assignments from management when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Relevant warehouse operations experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Familiar with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to manage fast-paced and high-volume warehouse operations effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently manage warehouse activities and team performance.
• Able to make operational decisions and manage daily planning independently.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Proactive mindset with good problem-solving capabilities.
