. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models

. Good proficiency in CNC/ CAD CAM Programming.

. Hands on experience in Mastercam

. Having similar experience in Precision parts programming

. Well versed in CADCAM, preferrence in Mastercam 2D and 3D programming

. Has experience in using DelCam

. Preferably CNC Milling/Turning Machine background

. Generate NC Programme and load the programme to designated machine

. Create geometry and check machining simulation

. Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software

. Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job

. Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications

. Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process

. Cleaning and maintaining the machine

. Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with relevant parties and resolve technical issues with end

users.

. Majority part for semicon sector and quality and speed is the main target

. Candidates with relevant experience in precision engineering, metal fabrication and semi-con industry will be

an advantageous

. Work according to production plan and maintain operational efficiency

. Carry out in process measurements and maintain product quality

. Maintain cleaniess in work stations
