Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage program activities to ensure departmental objectives and customer requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches according to project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor and track program progress, including changes, priorities, risks, and action plans, to achieve project goals.
• Provide guidance and support to the program team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage customer-related business risks, including claims, write-offs, and commercial issues.
• Analyze customer forecasts and waterfall charts to support capacity and business planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in program management, project management, customer management, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.
