We are looking for an experienced and responsible Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse and store operations in our manufacturing environment.

Candidates with at least 2 years of store / warehouse experience are preferred. Candidates who are able to operate a forklift will have a strong advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle daily receiving, storage and issuing of materials and finished goods.

- Check incoming goods against Delivery Order, Purchase Order and other relevant documents.

- Ensure quantity and condition of goods received are correct before storage.

- Arrange and store materials properly according to designated locations.

- Maintain proper stock arrangement, labeling and identification.

- Follow FIFO / FEFO requirements where applicable.

- Prepare and issue materials according to production or departmental requests.

- Assist in loading and unloading goods.

- Operate forklift for material movement when required.

- Ensure forklift and material handling activities are carried out safely.

- Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.

- Conduct stock counts and assist with monthly or periodic stock checks.

- Report any stock shortage, damage, discrepancy or abnormal condition immediately.

- Ensure store documents and records are properly completed and filed.

- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the warehouse and store area.

- Ensure aisles, storage areas and emergency access are kept clear.

- Work closely with Production, Logistics, Purchasing and other related departments.

- Assist in preparing goods for delivery or shipment when required.

- Carry out other store and warehouse duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Store / Warehouse / Inventory operations is preferred.

- Experience working in a manufacturing or food manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

- Able to operate a forklift is highly preferred.

- Candidates with forklift training or relevant certification will have an added advantage.

- Familiar with receiving, issuing, stock control and inventory handling.

- Basic knowledge of FIFO / FEFO practices.

- Able to handle warehouse documentation and stock records.

- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel, will be an advantage.

- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.

- Responsible, disciplined and punctual.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willing to work overtime when required.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

- Have more than 2 years of store or warehouse experience.

- Are experienced in forklift operation.

- Understand stock arrangement and inventory control.

- Are careful when checking quantities and documents.

- Have good housekeeping and safety awareness.

- Can work independently with minimum supervision.

- Have experience handling raw materials, packaging materials or finished goods.
