Job Summary

• Manage phone correspondence to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders
• Liaise between managers, customers, and employees to coordinate activities and information flow
• Provide clear direction and guidance to staff to support operational objectives
• Troubleshoot POS system issues to minimize downtime and maintain service quality
• Support ongoing learning and development initiatives for team members to enhance skills
