Analyse engineering and manufacturing test data to derive yield insights.
Investigate yield Pareto, identify root causes, drive debug and solutions.
Characterisation (End‑to‑End)
Plan and execute IP/product characterisation:
Develop test programs with test engineers.
Validate and debug test content.
Collect data on typical and corner samples; enable sampling on volume units.
Analyse characterisation data to understand performance sensitivities across voltage/frequency/temperature/process.
Prepare detailed characterisation reports.
Collaboration & Optimisation
Work with test engineers on yield/reliability fallouts.
Optimise test conditions (voltage/frequency) based on sensitivity analysis.
