Responsibilities
Manage the
full spectrum of HR operations
across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, employee administration and offboarding.
Coordinate recruitment activities and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Handle
Work Permit and other employment-related applications
, renewals and required documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
Administer and monitor
employee leave, attendance and other HR records
in accordance with company policies.
Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee information and payroll-related updates.
Respond to employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters.
Prepare HR correspondence, reports, employment letters and other documentation for management and internal purposes.
Liaise with internal departments, government agencies and external service providers on HR and administrative matters.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives, projects and process improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 1 Year of Full-Spectrum of HR Experience
Minimum Diploma in HR Management
