What this job involves
Provide high standard customer service to visitors and tenants in a cultural and creative mall

Start the day with greeting customers

Handle customers’ enquiries, requests and phone calls at Information Counter and CS e-mail account

Settle complaints and manage sudden incidents

Support in-mall activities like exhibition events

Perform inspection to stores at all floors and record information in daily patrol form

Issue signage/ directory, notice and work orders

Handle redemption

Desired experience and technical skills required
Diploma or above in hospitality management, facilities management or related disciplines

1 year of experience in customer service preferably in frontline customer interaction, mall or hotel concierge experience

Pleasant, polite, customer-oriented with good communication skills and manner

Fresh graduates with some part-time experience in customer service field are welcomed

Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
