Analyst, Risk Management

·      Coordinates business continuity planning activities and supply chain mapping across Asia region in coordination with internal stakeholder and external supplier.

·      Conducts surveys, such as CMRT, EMRT, Human Rights Due Diligence, and other surveys in accordance with HQ guidelines.

·      Monitors and tracks supplier financial risk, and support in the development and monitoring of supplier risk ratings and dashboards.

·      Provides support in the preparation of data reports, and presentation materials for Board members and Management staff, to include global reporting matters.

·      Provide support in monitoring governance and compliance activities.

·      Assist in coordinating with respective departments on monitoring changes in Singapore legislation to assess applicability and impact to organisation.

·      Assist in contract management and Master Service Agreement revisions.

Job Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business or its equivalent.

·      Up to 6 years of relevant experience in risk management, management reporting, procurement governance and/or supplier management functions.

·      Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with attention to the details.

·      Proficiency in MS Office Suites, experience with VBA will be an added advantage.
