- Preparing and organising ingredients for cooking.

- Assisting chefs with food preparation tasks under their direction and guidance

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas.

- Washing and sanitising kitchen equipments and utensils according to food safety standard

- Supporting stock management by receiving, storing and rotating ingredients appropriately

- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service.

- Following all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment

- Performing general kitchen duties and supporting the team as required during busy service periods.

- Reporting any equipment maintenance issues or safety concerns to senior kitchen staff.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
