Knowledge of Delta matrix handler, knowledge of ATE V93k tester

Education:

Bachelor's degree related to semiconductor electronics

Professional Background & Experience:

Semiconductor testing background for packaged parts

Prior Knowledge:

ATE handler and tester familiarity
