The O2C Coordinator – Billing is responsible for coordinating end-to-end billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and driving process performance in line with defined KPIs and SLAs. The role includes stakeholder management, team support, and continuous process improvement (The role combines operational delivery with day-to-day people leadership, coaching, workload coordination and process improvement to ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs and high customer satisfaction.)

• Accurately and timely perform all activities according to guidelines received from the direct manager
• Review work quality and provide coaching and guidance.
• Communicate billing-related information to various stakeholders as required
• Coordinate client and internal billing processes, invoice validation, and approvals where applicable
• Proactively participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement while monitoring team outcomes to meet quality standards
• Interpret client contracts and translate them into billing-related activities
• Perform billing process review and control
• Ensure timely and accurate billing in compliance with defined policies and procedures
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Develop expertise in all components involved in the financial accounting and billing architecture of TMF’s clients
• Collaborate with business departments
• Interact and interface with TMF local offices, group departments, and other stakeholders as required
• Establish and maintain relationships with TMF local offices and group functions, serving as a single point of contact for process-related matters and queries
• Ensure delivery of high-quality service according to agreed deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to root cause analysis and resolution of process issues
• Be responsible for one or more markets/countries
• Perform reconciliation and analysis of account balances during the month-end process
• Conduct month-end closing activities, including account reconciliation and analysis
• Identify and proactively resolve problems or unexpected events arising during work
• Provide direction and support in resolving client-related challenges
• Develop and coach team members and provide supervision on selected activities
• Escalate performance or operational risks to the Supervisor
• Coordinate day-to-day work allocation across the team.
• Foster a positive team environment
• Identify development needs and support the professional growth of team members
• Support the team in more complex tasks
• Support recruitment activities through interviews and candidate feedback.
• Proactively manage team performance through objective setting, constructive feedback, and performance management
• Ensure timely completion of mid-year and year-end performance reviews, including one-to-one meetings and provide regular feedback and coaching to support individual performance.

• Experience with process documentation is an asset
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position/O2C
• Previous experience leading or coordinating a small team (5–10 employees) is an advantage.
• University/College degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Experience working within a multicultural environment
