Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical works on site and ensure activities are carried out according to the project schedule and technical requirements.
• Coordinate ACMV, Fire Protection and Plumbing & Sanitary works with the site team and other trades.
• Review construction drawings and provide technical support when site issues arise.
• Work with consultants, contractors and subcontractors to resolve coordination and installation matters.
• Plan upcoming site activities, including manpower, materials and work sequences.
• Keep track of work progress and follow up on outstanding items to avoid delays.
• Arrange and attend inspections with the relevant project parties.
• Follow up on defects, rectification works and technical comments until closure.
• Support testing and commissioning activities as the project progresses towards completion.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records for assigned works.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience working on Singapore HDB projects is required.
• Experience in ACMV, Fire Protection and/or Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site coordination and installation works.
• Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to handle day-to-day site matters independently.
• Able to manage multiple work activities and meet project timelines.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
