• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure services meet client requirements.
• Coordinate staff schedules, manpower allocation and daily operational activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and handle service enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain cleaning and service standards.
• Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
• Lead, supervise and motivate cleaning teams to achieve operational targets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance monitoring of cleaning staff.
• Conduct on-the-job training and ensure staff follow company procedures and safety practices.
• Monitor manpower requirements and ensure sufficient staffing for daily operations.
• Manage staff accommodation and transportation arrangements where required.
• Monitor cleaning equipment, supplies and inventory to avoid shortages.
• Assist with operational budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain proper records and prepare regular operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Handle staff-related matters and conduct investigations when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Certification in facilities management and/or safety officer qualification is advantageous
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations in facilities management, particularly in cleaning services
• 5 to 7 years of working experience as a Service Officer or its equivalent, preferably gained from cleaning or service industry
• Familiar with external façade maintenance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high level of proficiency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A team player with the ability to lead a team and work across all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possesses project management skills
• Good analytical skills, result oriented, innovative, organized, detailed and committed to deadlines
• Effective client relationship management and ability to work collaboratively yet independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
