• Oversee and coordinate daily operations and team activities during assigned shifts
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentorship
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and workload
• Train and onboard new employees on company procedures, job duties, and performance expectations
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development
• Manage work schedules, attendance records, and timekeeping to ensure adequate coverage
• Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Prepare and submit reports on team performance, productivity metrics, and operational issues to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations and communication
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve processes
