Key Accountabilities

· Conduct regular physical stock counts, empty audit, put-away audit and reconcile discrepancies between system and physical inventory.

· Perform daily inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, transferring, and stock adjustments.

· Update and maintain accurate inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (Oracle)

· Responsible for upload and manage ASN template for both inbound and outbound shipments

· Monitor stock levels and alert supervisors of shortages, overstock, or discrepancies

· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports

· Support stock reconciliation during month-end, period-end or annual audits

· Label, organize, and maintain proper storage of materials to ensure traceability

· Assist in investigating inventory variances, damaged goods, or stock losses

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.

· Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.

· Potential requires to work on shift were require by depending on inventory stock level

Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

· At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

· Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, email); experience with WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.

· Ability to drive Forklift, Reach Truck & Power Truck is an advantage

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Willing to work in warehouse environment and perform physical stock checks when required.
