Fresh Graduates – Project Coordinator | Penang

Location: Penang, Malaysia – On-site

Contract: 1 Year

Experience: Fresh Graduates Welcome

We are looking for a Fresh Graduate who is strong in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP, and interested in starting a career in Project / Program Management.

What You'll Do

Support project planning, tracking and execution.

Maintain project trackers and monitor milestones.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations and project updates.

Track project issues, risks and action items.

Support supply chain and project-related activities.

Analyse data and prepare regular metrics reports.

Coordinate with China counterparts and other regional teams.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills – especially VLOOKUP.

Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas and data analysis is an advantage.

Mandarin speaking ability is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Willing to work onsite in Penang.

Comfortable supporting occasional night calls when required.

Good to Have

Internship/project experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning or Project Management.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum.

Experience preparing Excel reports, dashboards or trackers.

Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
