Job Summary

Our Chatbot & Customer Service team is redefining the delivery platform experience through cutting-edge Conversational AI. We are seeking a Product Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data to shape the future of our chatbot product. In this role, you will go beyond traditional analysis to gain a deep understanding of the machine learning models that power our chatbot, design robust evaluation frameworks, and partner directly with Data Scientists to drive model iteration and product strategy. Your insights will be critical in creating a more intuitive, helpful, and successful shopping assistant for our millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze chatbot product data to identify trends and opportunities that improve user experience and engagement
• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to measure machine learning model performance and impact on product outcomes
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to interpret model results and inform iterative improvements in chatbot functionality
• Translate complex data insights into actionable product strategies that enhance the shopping assistant’s effectiveness
• Monitor chatbot interactions to detect issues and recommend data-driven solutions for continuous product optimization
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams to support decision-making and innovation
