Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key functions to understand the full client advisory and business process
• Work closely and shadow senior mentors
• Analyse market trends and client need to make informed recommendations
• Support the development of strategic growth initiatives and client engagement plans
• Manage small projects or client portfolios under guidance
• Participate in professional training programmes, certification courses, and leadership workshops
