Working location: Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Lead and coordinate with consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors for M&E works procedures of the assigned projects.
• Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction works by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specification standards, quality guidance, safety regulation on site and contractual obligations.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor M&E installation works according to the project schedule.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical advice on M&E-related issues.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and site issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in M&E construction, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Experienced in Residential (high-rise) will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently with positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical, ELV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, ACMV systems and etc.
• Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an added advantage.
