岗位职责

Responsibilities

Engineer In-Charge (EIC) for assigned contract/job as managing whole job completion.
To responsible for the document readiness and registration (SRF, MRF, SQ, PR, SO, Work Pack and Project Code).
To communicate (email and forms) with Workshop for readiness of products, equipment, tools and accessories required for the job.
To request for sourcing and purchasing job’s (RFS) necessary items from Sourcing.
To discuss with Planner for the manpower arrangement (availability, valid competencies and travelling plan).
To conduct pre-job and post-job meeting for each mobilization job.
To manage on the job execution by daily basis (monitor progress, review report, prepare update and cost tracker).
To compile approved supporting documents for billing submission (Summary Billing, Daily Operation Report (DOR) Timesheet, Customer Feedback Form (CFF), Photo Report, Backload Form and Delivery Order (DO).
To follow up with Project Admin and Procurement on Service Invoice status submission in client system.
To responsible updating Invoice Tracker, Debtor Aging, Open SO, Outflow and Inflow Forecast by weekly.
To administer the SAP Project Management and Profit & Loss (P&L) report.
To develop database upon job completion.
To responsible on maximize the utilization of contract budget.
To discuss with Proposal and Technical for technical and commercial proposal submission.
To present summary Profit & Loss (P&L) of the jobs by quarterly.

Authorities

To review and approve expenses, allowance and overtime claim from crew.

To verify and approve invoice from supplier related to job.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Preference will be given to candidates who are available to start work immediately.
