- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, logs, and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Processing and tracking maintenance requests from various departments, prioritising according to urgency and operational impact
- Liaising between maintenance technicians, management, and other departments to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution
- Preparing maintenance reports, performance statistics, and cost analyses for management review
- Managing maintenance inventory and assisting with procurement of spare parts and equipment
- Supporting the maintenance team with administrative tasks including email correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Assisting in the organisation and coordination of maintenance training sessions and safety briefings
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the maintenance department
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
