Job Description:
Responsible for supporting Corporate Development's roles in Strategic Management, Strategic Partnerships, Governance, and Corporate Services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the Hospital's Strategic Management framework across corporate, division/department, and unit levels, covering Strategic Thinking, Strategic Planning, and Strategic Momentum.
- Build the department's data analytic and knowledge management capabilities to support access to key strategic initiatives and information by internal stakeholders.
- Develop staff capabilities in areas of strategic importance to IMH, including strategic planning and the Balanced Scorecard framework.
- Lead the development and execution of local and overseas Strategic Partnerships, including evaluation of partnerships, development of MOUs, and monitoring of obligations.
- Support funding applications for appropriate clinical and non-clinical partnership projects.
- Oversee IMH's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including consolidation and review of risks, engagement with department risk owners, training/awareness, and contribution to cluster-wide report.
- Support the organisation of corporate-level events and provide secretariat support for IMH leadership meetings
Requirements:
Competency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across multiple levels of leadership
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Good writing skills.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Degree holder with approximately 8 years of working experience.
- Business and marketing experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Excel and Word). Knowledge of statistics is advantageous.
- Working experience in the healthcare and social sectors. Experience in the government sector will be a key advantage, but not necessary
