Responsibilities
Work closely with the production/development team to understand new products and their specific requirements
Establish testing framework to include necessary contributions from various teams and facilitate collaboratioN
Create test plans for different testing projects
Perform a series of strict tests throughout all stages of production to identify potential malfunctions
Analyse business requirements and technology options and improve testing procedures
Analyse test results and identify the root cause of malfunctions
Recommend improvements based results and findings
Ensure final products meet the company's safety and quality standards
Requirements
Previous experience as a Test Engineer or similar role for more than 8 years.
Familiarity with various testing techniques, familiar with Java/Rust/SQL
Hands-on experience with certain Quality Management Systems, like Jira/Confluence.
Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
Great troubleshooting skills
Analytical mindset
Humble and cautious collaborative attitude
