Job Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key sectors (e.g., logistics, warehousing, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare).

• Understand prospective clients' operational pain points and effectively articulate how our RFID/IoT solutions can optimize their workflows and ROI.

• Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and cold outreach to high-level presentations, technical scoping, and contract closing.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, operations teams, and project teams.

• Work closely with our technical and engineering teams to customize project proposals, RFPs, and proof-of-concept (PoC) deliveries.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging IoT/RFID technologies to help refine company sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or solution sales, specifically within the IoT, RFID, RTLS, or Enterprise Software/Hardware sectors.

• Strong conceptual understanding of RFID technology (HF/UHF), IoT architecture, sensors, mobile applications and software integration.

• A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully closing complex project-based deals.

• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate technical features into clear business value.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Remuneration offer will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include 5-day work week and medical plan.
