Position: Business Development Associate

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Working Arrangement: Remote (Mondays-Fridays)

Working Hours in MY time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development professional to drive growth across Sustainability, AI, Automation, Managed Services and Outsourcing. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, proposal development and relationship management, with occasional travel to Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through digital, referral and physical GTM activities.
• Identify target customers and proactively sell consulting, outsourcing and managed services.
• Develop client proposals aligned with business needs, collaborating with presales and technical teams.
• Follow up on leads and build long-term client relationships to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and support sales strategy development.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reporting and client proposal/contract documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; Sustainability or IT certification is an advantage.
• 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in consulting, managed services, outsourcing or BPO.
• Strong interest in Sustainability and Technology, with the ability to learn and sell services in these areas.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
• Strong market analysis, sales planning, communication and client relationship skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and target-oriented, with the ability to work with international clients.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
