HALFHALF is a young and energetic bar inspired by R&B, cocktails and nightlife. We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor / Outlet Supervisor to lead our team and manage daily outlet operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of bar / F&B experience
• Previous experience as Bar Manager, Outlet Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or similar
• Able to independently manage daily outlet operations, staff scheduling and floor operations
• Strong customer service and team management skills
• Able to handle unexpected situations and perform well under pressure
• Responsible, energetic and highly execution-oriented
• Passionate about music, cocktails and nightlife
• Comfortable working night shifts and late hours
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

What You’ll Do

• Lead the team and ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a great atmosphere and high service standards
• Prepare staff schedules and train new team members
• Manage beverage inventory, costs and daily operations
• Handle customer requests, feedback and on-site issues
• Work closely with the management team to improve the outlet and grow the business

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
