岗位职责
- Lead the daily operations of the project site and supervise the service team.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client, Midea, and the site team.
- Ensure 24/7 site support and timely response to service requests in accordance with service level requirements.
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate fault rectification, and perform root cause analysis.
- Prepare and maintain operational, maintenance, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
- Manage site inventory, spare parts, and maintenance resources efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance to the site team and support testing, commissioning, and system improvements.
- Train and develop team members while monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
