Position: Construction Manager

Location: Sabah, Malaysia

Contract Duration: 12–18 months( Renewable)

Open to local candidates only — candidates must have the legal right to work in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end construction activities from planning through to handover.

Supervise site progress, contractors, subcontractors, and multiple project teams.

Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Monitor site safety, compliance, and relevant regulations.

Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and construction requirements.

Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Manager.

Strong experience in Architectural and Interior Design projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams, contractors, and deadlines.
