Responsibilities
- Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in timely manner.
- Handle and manage all sales divisions’ orders and requests with professionalism.
- Handle day to day transactional activities.
- Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment.
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog statuses.
- All local purchases on Sales related orders
- Negotiate price with supplier
- COO Application
- Price Comparison
- Key in cash sales order (excel file)& monitor back to back payment to supplier with finance
- Prepared cash voucher
- Prepared CIPL
- Goods Return Processing
- Monitor Local Indent Fund
- Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Levels or its equivalent
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in order fulfilment management or logistics operations preferably in Marine/Offshore industry
- Preferably with knowledge of SAP /Asurix
- Service-oriented mind-set and attitude and able to deal with non-routine operations situations
- Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and cope with stress in fast paced environment
