You are responsible as part of a team for the overall management and maintenance of our organisation’s IT solutions, ensuring efficiency, productivity and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Contract and Vendor Management
• System Reliability and Supportability
• System Enhancement and Planning
• Incident Management & Problem Management
• Budget Management
• Obsolescence Management
• Compliance and Risk Management
• Degree in any Information Technology, Computer, Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years of experience in managing operations and support of IT applications.
• Organised, rigorous and analytical with strong reporting skills and conscientious with follow-up
• Past experience in delivering or maintaining HR application systems will be an advantage
• Able to work constructively with people at all levels
• Self-motivated and proactive
