Role Overview

As a Guest Experience Team Member, you are the front-line ambassador of Ice Faction. You set the tone for everyone who steps into our space.

You welcome guests, walk them through their recovery journey, and maintain top-tier operational standards. This is an active, high-energy role—you're here to build real connections, elevate the atmosphere, and help our community feel their best.

Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience

• Warmly greet every member and guest with energy and professionalism.
• Walk newcomers through our recovery flow (sauna, ice, and contrast therapy).
• Foster connections with returning members and foster an inclusive, social environment.
• Ensure every individual walks out feeling refreshed and energized.

2. Community & Engagement

• Be proactive—initiate conversations and interact with guests throughout their visit.
• Introduce guests to one another to cultivate a strong community vibe.
• Assist with club events, community activations, and group sessions.

3. Facility Operations & Standards

• Keep all recovery, lounge, and amenity areas spotless and premium at all times.
• Manage towel inventories, hydration stations, and general floor upkeep.
• Execute opening and closing checklists seamlessly.
• Oversee floor traffic and ensure a smooth flow through the recovery zones.

4. Recovery & Product Knowledge

• Master the science and protocols behind our ice baths, saunas, and contrast therapies.
• Give clear, approachable guidance to members—especially first-timers.
• Ensure all facilities are used safely and effectively.

5. Front Desk & Administration

• Handle check-ins swiftly and manage guest flow.
• Know our membership options, packages, and current promotions inside and out.
• Address member inquiries and confidently assist with sales leads and sign-ups.

6. Safety & Maintenance

• Actively monitor temperatures and safety conditions across ice baths, saunas, and hot tubs.
• Keep the facility safe, clean, and fully operational.
• Spot-check equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
• Strictly follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
