Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily engineering operations including maintenance, repair, and project work to ensure smooth functioning of all hotel systems and facilities.
• Lead and supervise the engineering technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and assign duties such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
• Monitor the performance of equipment and systems
• Monitor progress and ensure timely resolution of faults and completion of work.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel premises to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to the supervisor.
