Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints; escalate when needed

- Report machine faults, breakdowns, and incidents via ticketing system

- Perform basic documentation and reporting tasks

- Monitor CCTV attentively and ensure safety compliance

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent

- 1–2 years experience in customer service

- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
