Job Description :

• Manage IPQC Teams for daily activities and ensure that daily quality target is achieved.
• To ensure in process quality control by conforming to specifications and maintain quality standard by approving in process production and finished products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Arrange and manage shift IPQC manpower. Ensure competency and compliances adherence of shift IPQC manpower.
• Prepare all quality reports & report shift quality issues.
• Collect and retain quality data & records according to required controls.
• Responsible for ICAR issuance when reject meets nonconformance criteria. Segregate rejects and conduct containment actions.
• NC management.
• Prepare and maintain all visual inspection samples.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality report.
• Prepare of circuit diagram / drawing and work instruction manual as inspection reference / caution points, OPL for IPQC leader and inspector.
• Perform manpower planning for DST, 1st piece inspection, hourly inspection, AOI inspection and X Ray inspection.
• IPQC operator competency / skill map update.

Knowledge & Skills :

• Knowledge and have technical understanding in QA automotive processes, components, and manufacturing techniques.
• Working knowledge of PCB assembly including experience with surface mount technology (SMT), automated optical inspection (AOI), automated x-ray inspection (AXI), solder paste inspection (SPI), applications and moisture sensitive component storage
• Hands-on skills with SMT Machines, Optical Inspection Machines (AOI) and X-ray Machine (AXI)
• Schematic and Electrical Component knowledge

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
