Job Description

• Coordinate and manage all banquet events including weddings, corporate functions, and member gatherings.
• Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
• Lead and train banquet service staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment; ensure timely requisitions and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and club standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, anticipating needs and ensuring personalized service.
• Handle feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for banquet operations.
Prepare event reports, staff schedules, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or banquet setting
• Able to work under pressure, including long or split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• In-depth knowledge of banquet setup, service flow, and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Must be capable of handling event setup and operational tasks.
