Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Company: CODACA ELECTRONIC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500/month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
- Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through delivery.
- Follow up with purchasing teams and suppliers on product availability and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate shipment and delivery arrangements with customers and relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate customer, order and delivery records.
- Handle routine customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Assist with after-sales service and follow up on customer feedback.
- Support daily operational and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, sales coordination or business operations.
- Experience handling customer orders from order confirmation through delivery, including order tracking and customer updates.
- Experience coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery, product or order-related issues.
- Ability to manage multiple customer orders and follow up proactively on outstanding matters and delivery schedules.
- Good understanding of basic commercial documents such as quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
